No Returns Policy (Hygiene & Tampering)
Because our products are fragrances and decants (including travel sprays and sample sizes), all sales are final.
Why we don’t accept returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, and because fragrances can be tampered with after leaving our facility, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. This policy protects all customers and ensures every order is handled and shipped in clean, controlled conditions.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

Decants / travel sprays / sample sprays

Any opened or unsealed item

Items marked final sale, clearance, or promotional

Orders where delivery was attempted or completed
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label, packing materials, and the items received

A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit (depending on inventory and the situation).
Shipping issues (lost, stolen, or delayed)
If your package shows delivered but you can’t locate it:

Check around your address, mailbox, leasing office, or neighbors

Contact the carrier with your tracking number
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll help you through the next steps based on the carrier investigation and any shipping protection selected at checkout (if applicable).
