We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days after the order is placed - dependant on how busy we currently are. Please be patient as we are working as fast as we can to maintain reliable business.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

  • Processing time does not include transit time

Shipping Transit Time

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days

  • Transit times may vary based on carrier, destination, weather, or peak shipping periods

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

While most orders arrive within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:
