I’ve now ordered twice from them and mostly everything has gone well. On this most recent order, I purchased a sample of BTSO Black Crème but I was sent BTSO Drunk Lovers Extrait. I sent a message using their contact form asking if they could send me the correct one but unfortunately have not received any type of response from them. I waited a couple days before posting this giving them a chance to answer and correct the issue so I wouldn’t have to post a review that is subpar but with no customer support shown so far, I am forced to post this review. Overall would recommend them but if something goes wrong, seems customer support is not that great.
Hey! We replied to your email same day, and after examining it appears you enterred an incorrect email when filling out our contact form, which is why you didn't recieve the reply. Thanks!
