Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, my experience with SWC Samples was terrible. Shipping took longer than expected, and when my order arrived, several bottles were leaking, some were nearly empty, and all the labels were damaged by the leakage, making the fragrances impossible to identify.
The seller sent a replacement after I returned the original order, but the replacement arrived with the same problem. At least four samples were nearly empty, and two were missing entirely.
Having the same issues twice is unacceptable. Overall, a frustrating experience and a waste of time. I cannot recommend this seller.
Hello, Im sorry you feel this way and this happened to your first order! However, the second order arrives in tact. We quickly got things sorted out upon the first order with a replacement sent to you! Upon arrival of the second order, there were two slightly underfilled, which we then issued a partial refund of over 25% of your order value for a small issue. The labels were legible in the second order. We fixed every issue possible on our end with a replacement order on top of partial refund. Please don't leave multiple misleading reviews on a matter that was fixed within an hour! Thanks!
