The atomizer was failing when received. Then it stopped working. I reported & communication slowed. I was told - reconnect the stem. I responded it was never disconnected. Was told they'd send an EMPTY atomizer ON MY NEXT ORDER. I questioned this, the company said within 7 days of having it, they don't have a way to know wht would cause the dysfunction & there was NOTHING they'd do UNTIL I spent more $ by placing a new order. The way ANYONE would know is by the customer telling them. If I'm nt a TRUSTED customer, I don't need to be one at all. Initially, since it hadn't shipped, I asked 2 add to the order or cancel to update it (as many other companies are aware of how to do ) I was told no, despite it not shipping for 3 additional days. If there's an issue, NOTHING is done (UNLESS u spend more $). **Yes, I declined additional purchases as a non trusted customer 2 gt an empty vial. **YES, any time I have this issue, the companies I purchase from REPLACE IT. *Also no, I did not break it
You contacted us about an atomizer not working over a week after delivery. Our policy clearly states you have to reach out within 2 days to assure we can provide a fix. We have no way of telling what happened between the delivery and the email. If you broke the atomizer a week later, that is a problem on the customer and we can't help. We wouldn't provide an entire new 10 ml filled for a simple fix like an atomizer, no company would. However, I still offered to fix the solution with a new vial shipped to you, which you declined. You wanted 2x the product for the cost of 1. There is also clearly stated in our policy a cancellation fee, to cover credit card surcharges that get deducted from us at every completed purchase. We offered you a solution, you declined. Sorry about that.

Smells like an actual masterpiece! This smells so intimate and clean, its an intimate fragrance but projects so well and been on skin for 5+ hours and maybe even longer after i write this
